Thanks Dan!
I sent them a message for details.
I'm about 90 min away. it would be great if I could get some needed items..... but it wouldn't be great if I drove all the way down there to find that someone else already bought the whole lot!

Hey guys,
I am the family member who posted the thread. Thanks for sharing, Dan. And thanks to Walt for letting me know he saw the post on this forum. Sorry I can't provide much info at this point, we haven't started to go through anything yet... that's what we plan to do on Saturday.
I didn't mention on the other posts, but we also have his (2) 65's at the garage. A Skylark Convertible and a GS Convertible. Both in amazing condition, but the GS is an IMMACULATE collector show car. Not sure if we are selling them yet, may go into storage, but if anyone wants to stop by to check them out you are more than welcome to make an offer.
My father in-law and I are both collectors and gear heads ourselves so we plan to do some digging on what the cars may be worth, but it would be nice if one of you are local and want to swing by and let us know your opinion how much we should ask in the current market. Any help would be appreciated.
We are not trying to make a killing on anything. More offer great deals to collectors and move as much as we can.
We are opening the doors this Saturday 4/13 from 11am-5pm.
Email me for address.

Thanks!

I thought I would post a few pics of Davids cars. They are for sale.
He sure was a talented guy and had a great taste in cars.
First up is his Skylark 300 4 speed car. Immaculate body, paint, chrome and interior. 300 4 bbl (Holley). Has a few mods such as 15 x 7 wheels, in-dash gauges, and a color change to white from the original Astro Blue. I'm unsure of the trans, but I believe the shifter may not be correct for a 300. Dual master brake cylinder for safety.
Overall, a VERY nicely done car.
Next is a '65 GS convertible, guess you could call this a 'resto-mod'. It's an original GS triple-black (A-2, 158) repainted in what looks like a '67 'platinum mist' silver. Engine looks like a small block chevy with aluminum heads and fuel injection. Also has air conditioning, disk brakes, and 15x7 wheels. Again, this car is very nicely done.
If anyone is interested, contact Rich via e-mail or PM me for his phone number.
