Well, after a couple of years, I finally got my shop floor done today.
Hope to get back to working on my cars soon.

Congratulations Loren !!!! Glad you could finally get that floor poured. Big accomplishment.

Yes, it feels great to have it done. Got it done and the wirsbo tubing still is at the pressure I started at. Success!!!
I will start framing the walls this week.
Hope you are feeling better,

Congratulations on the slab.
We have wirsbo in the garage attached to the house (wife's garage) and love it. (10 years)
I run antifreeze in the garage tubes in case of a boiler malfunction and use a converter to separate the garage fluid from the house boiler water.
The only problem I have is the winter salt melting off the vehicles and eating away at the cement floor here in Minnesnowta.
I wish I would have put down a sealer of some kind to protect the floor.

Milt,
Ahh yes the wonder of salt water on concrete. I remember it all too well, along with it dripping on me while under a car .
You could still do a epoxy repair on the damage area and then seal the whole thing.
Mark,
Come on down, I've had this week off, have to go back to the job Monday. After the first of the year, I will be on 4 10's. Three day weekends! Nice :occasion14:
Did you get the seats ready?
Let me know what 's up,
Loren

Loren,
Hoping to make it there sometime before Christmas. Still need to get the seat frames cleaned up and the material ordered.
If my experience with SMS is any indicator, it could be after Christmas. They have it in stock, so I hope it won't take long to ship.
I'll let you know when all is ready.
