Title: Where did they go?

  :icon_scratch: Just wondering where many of the photos went.  I sift through the photos regularly to help with any detail questions and or just to see how many views they have.  It appears that many photos are not on the site anymore.  :dontknow: :crybaby2:

Howdy,

All the pictures on the forum should still be there.

I had some issues with I upgraded the gallery section and some of the pictures either got moved to a new location or they need to be uploaded (I've slowly been trying to figure out which pictures need to be added and were missed).

Do you have some examples of pictures that are missing so I can investigate a little more?

Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing for anyone.   :sad1:

I for one would really appreciate the pictures that used to be out there for NOS and Accessory Parts.

You have added a section for pictures of this nature and perhaps that is where they could be loaded back in.

If the pictures no longer exist perhaps members could resubmit like kind.

A lot of times I can get parts numbers but without pictures of the real thing it can be difficult to tell what is real or how it goes together.

65GS.com has made a real difference in my life.

Between gaining great new friends and the knowledge / support the site provides my 65 GS and I can see the light.

Chris,

The pictures that seem to be missing are the ones that show NOS parts. There was one of the dress up kit and another of dual quads that I can recall. Looked at all 520 pictures and they were not included.

I actually started this discussion because I had uploaded a number of photos of my car which are not in the 65 GS gallery anymore.  It is the Maroon GS convertible 4 speed with a black top.  A few others show three decades of Buick muscle.  I would be more than happy to reload them.  I knew the site was upgraded and I kind of thought that was the reason.  This site has been a phenomenal tool for me since I have owned my car.  Keep up the great work.

Ok guys, give it a try now and tell me if everything appears to be back now.   :hello2:

Tonight I went through about 1000 pictures from an old back-up that I had prior to the upgrades and I think I was able to sort them out and get them into their new homes.

Expect to see some doubles and pictures filed in the wrong categories for a while as I go through everything one more time and try to clean it up a little more.  Please also feel free to comment any pictures that you know something about and want to contribute a a couple words that might help others understand what the picture is / was about.
