Title: Discounted Lenses for Sale - Limited Quantities

A couple more big installments and the loan will finally be paid off!

It's hard out there for everyone right now (including me).

I'm selling 10 sets of parking lenses and 10 sets of reverse lenses at reduced costs to members of V8Buick.com and 65GS.com.

This will help you and help me make my loan payment.

Parking Lens & Gasket set - $85.00 + $6.00 S&H

Reverse Lens & Gasket set - $35.00 + $4.00 S&H

Buy one set or buy them all, but they will not be available at this price once the 10 sets sell out.

Many members here have bought these and are extremely satisfied with appearance and quality.

This is why there are not as many parts available for our Skylarks/GS cars.

It takes a big leap of faith for someone to go out on a limb to do a project . Not to mention a sizeable $$$ and time investment .

So if you need them and can , step up to the plate .

We need to keep parts projects rolling.

As I said before, the three sets of each that you sold me before are very nice quality and I feel that they are worth the $$ spent.

And I can still keep those NOS ones on the shelf.

So , for anyone else that is in need of lenses , don't hesitate , these are definately 'QUALITY ' parts.

I was waiting (still am) on another shipment of parking lenses and gaskets before putting them on the BCA.

I'm nearly through my original shipment and I'm now stocked up on gaskets.

I just wanted to make sure nothing goes on back order and I make any of the BCA folks mad.

You should be seeing something in the coming months.

Do you know just how difficult it is to locate a USPS mail box?? It seems that they like to hide their Post Offices on side streets too. I went through several dozen small towns last week, not a Post Office to be found on the main streets.

The USPS is facing a $6 Billion dollar debt this year.

They are starting to get desperate to reduce costs and have even gone as far as looking to cut Saturday mail delivery.

I suppose this was the logical next step after "laying off those 60,000 mail boxes" didn't seem to impact things much. ;D

Sorry guys.. bad economy humor (if there is such a thing?) I'll go back to joining the rest of the nation now and resume crying. :'(

Me, Expecting ;D ;D Unless one counts the size of my ever expanding midsection, no, I'm not expecting.

Oh wait, maybe you were refering to another car perhaps?? Again, the answer is no. ;D I'm just slowly collecting a few missing new or NOS pieces for my car as I find them, and the wallet permits.

It will be at least another year before it gets into a restoration shop.
