Title: Fastener Question

I'm about to get the fasteners plated for my chassis assembly.  I know virtually all the bolts were oil phosphate, but what about the nuts and washers?  I'm talking control arms, etc.  Are they oil phosphate also, or something like bright zinc?  In most of the pictures I've looked at, the nuts appear lighter than the bolts.

Chuck,

Almost all the bolts were black, washers & nuts bright/clear zinc/cad something like that.
