Attached is the info for the 2017 Buick Club National Meet in Brookfield WI.
-
We're looking at the calendar to see if we can make it. We would probably stay at the Best Western in Pewaukee if we go, looks like it's only 4 miles away.
-
Hope you are able to make it, Jim.
Just a count in my head , I'm coming up with around 20 '65 Gran Sports showing up.

Loren , or anyone who has gone to these events before . Is there any reason to get the registration form in early ? and I would imagine that even if a person was,t bringing a car that you would still need to send in the form correct ?
I,ve never done one of these and am trying to get an idea of what to expect .

John and fellow Buick enthusiasts,
There are a couple of reasons for early registration. If you are interested in the tours, some fill up as time gets closer to the event. Another is, if you procrastinate about it,[ like I have done ] you forget to and find yourself standing at the registration table embarrassed.
The Harley Davidson Museum / Miller Brewery tour is on my list. Should be a great time, especially shared with friends new and old.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Thanks Loren .
That will help me to make some desicions sooner than later .

Be advised that you can't show up on the days of the meet and register for it. They allowed on-site registrations for the Allentown event because there was no formal judging, but the Wisconsin meet will have formal 400-point judging. Trophies have to be ordered, judging teams assigned, awards banquet food orders turned in weeks before the event; also, it is $15 cheaper to register before June 1.
I understand that the host hotel is already full, but there are others nearby. Loren is correct that some of the tours fill up early, so that's another good reason to register soon.

My flights are BOOKED!
Question - If I'm just a spectator, do I need to purchase anything in advance?
-
As a spectator, you can view the show cars and swap meet area. Without registering, you can NOT enter the hospitality room or attend other functions of the meet.
There is a Non-BCA Member at Large registration fee of $60 available.

Just wanted to post a reminder that the registration deadline is June 1.
If you are planning to attend, don't put it off.

Would also need to register and pay for the Saturday banquet if you wanted to attend.
I assume you could that with the $60 fee Loren mentioned.

I think you are correct Mark. I will ask Kristen at the BCA if she knows.

I inquired with Kristen and we were correct about our interpretation. In short, "Member at Large" has member benefits for that particular event, without being a member of the BCA.
The drawback I see is if you want to attend more then one BCA event, it gets costly as a Member at Large.
