Some fellow A body buddies suggested I join up here even though my 2 '65s are just Skylarks. I have a very nice 2 door hardtop, 300 4 barrel, that I completely restored about 10 years ago and a 4 door sedan Skylark that I am currently working on to keep as a driver. It too has the 4 barrel 300 V8. I look forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome Greg. Nothing wrong with 'just Skylarks'. Enjoy the site, its a good one.

Hello Greg. :hello2:
Take away the larger engine and a couple other speciality parts and they are all Skylarks and Specials.
Most of us either started with Skylarks or Specials and worked our way into the GS's as we found them and many (including myself) have a couple in the stable. :icon_thumright:
Having restored a couple of these, I'm sure the knowledge you've gained over the years will be of great value to the others here either planning or in the middle of their project journeys.
We are looking forward to your postings and welcome to the club! :occasion14:

Glad that you made it over here!
As for "just a skylark", I've got just a 64 Skylark and no one makes fun of me, and yours are 65's and drive and ol' Yeller is an awesome car! Wish it were in my garage.
