Anyone make the correct trunk repair panel for 64/5? The stamping for 66/7 are different.

I have never found a correct one. 64-65 only have one of the oval plugs in them. The one in the middle is just a small 7/8" diameter hole that gets a rubber plug. I actually spent several hours one time with a hammer and dolly shaping one of the reproduction floors to extend the ribs and make the small round hole in it so it looked correct for a 65 I was working on. Thankfully the reproduction ones don't have the oval holes actually punched out in them, so I was able to do that.

Brian, thanks for the reply, I did not find correct patch panels for 65/5, but did find in the Performance Pontiac catalog, no longer active, Ames is the same suppler, a kit of 3 separate patches to fix the floor pan or patch panels to make them more correct. I also found on Ground UP a complete 64/5 floor pan that seems more correct, hard to tell from pictures. Thanks Bill.

There are some 1 piece pans listed on eBay for 64-65 Buick, others for '65 GTO and another for Chevelle. Chevelles might be shorter than BOP.
Here's the Buick one: (has the too-large center plug)
