Anyone planning on going to the swap meet on April 23rd ? Suggest we get together at the meet and maybe go and have lunch some place in the area. Put faces and names together and maybe have a discussion on the 2nd annual Northwest Ohio Gathering.

Elyria, as in Ohio??? That's in by back yard. How did I miss that one. Sure I'll go. weather permitting I'll drive the '65. Is there a flyer or something with the details available.

Yes , in Ohio and yes there is a flyer!!
Something that I have wanted to do is to make more use of the calendar feature here on 65GS.com. With a little help from Roxy, I managed to import all of this years BCA events.
The events are posted in the calendar and will link to the flyer when you click on the event.
So now go explore the calendar !!

Jerry, Kevin and I are planning on being there for sure. We want to check out the swap meet stuff, meet any other 65GS guys for lunch if it works out and make a trip over to Eastwood for supplies. Lets see how this plays out. Will touch base as we get closer to the date

Gary, Chuck, Jerry and any one else going to the swap meet. Kevin and I are planning on getting to Elyria around 10AM. If we do a meet and greet around 11:30 at the rear door of the building leading to the outside swap area. We can talk about going to lunch at that time.

The forecast is supposed to be good for tomorrow. So I plant to drive the '65. As for my uniform, it will be at least Buick related. See you guys tomorrow. :wave:

Good to be with old friends and to meet new ones today in Elyria. Kevin (Rollaround), Glenn (Vinnie) and I met Jerry (GreatScat65) for lunch. Good discussions and nice for me to meet Jerry. We also met Gary Kubisch and his friend Hayden at the meet. Hopefully, we'll all be together again at the second annual Northwest Ohio GS get together in September.
This was a much smaller version of the meet in Minneapolis in a couple of weeks, but it's always great to get family together, no matter how small the group!

It was great to put some more names with faces. The weather was great, food was tasty and there were some good buys at the meet. But the best part was Jerry's car, an excellent example of early Buick muscle.
