I was just coming home with my 65 GS after getting a new windshield and got my mail and my new Muscle Machines .
I thought wouldn't it be nice to have an article on a 65 GS and there it was.
What a nice surprise!

PS. I wish they had put in a "What to pay" and a "Parts prices" like the Chevelle article.

Brian,
I received my Hemmings Muscle Machines magazine this weekend, finally. Great article and photos. You have done some extensive work to bring your GS up to a standard that can be admired by all car guys, not just us '65 GS guys. We are fortunate to have you actively on board this website. Congratulations.

There I was Saturday evening, at a truckstop in this little northwestern Ontario town having just eaten dinner, when I spied this issue on the magazine rack. :hello: Paying for dinner could wait as I immediately grabbed a copy, scanned through to page 58, and began reading. The cashier seemed nonplussed as I dropped a twenty on the counter, but had the audacity to take my magazine to scan the bar code. :whip2: Oh well, my drool stain marked the spot where I left off. :icon_biggrin:
Great article Brian! :headbang: :hello2: I only wished I had both your talent, and the time to restore my car to that level. :notworthy:

Brian,
Outstanding article! Grabbed several copies of the issue.
I might get some more to take down to Ames.
