I pulled the cover off my car this weekend to start cleaning it up for the summer and found that there was a crack through and across the top of the dash. Very disapointing for a car that rarely (if ever) sits in the sun and a product that is about 4 years old. The car was in cold storage and we had a nasty winter which probabaly contributed. Anybody have the right place to go for a good replacement? I am having touble finding anything on CARS or OPG.

They are expensive (around $600) but justdashes.com is the place everyone swears by.

Rob, the dash pads for our cars are not reproduced. Maybe a board member here has one he would sell. Last one I got was through a Parts Wanted posting on V8Buick.
A nice original one with no cracks at all is probably $300 or more. Just Dashes quoted me $1,000 for one a couple of years ago.

Wow!
The dash business must really be booming if they are charging that much now. I thought $600 was steep! :confused3:

Called Just Dashes and they told me it would be $800 plus shipping. Send your old one in and they will return looking like new.
