anybody know where i can find a good used or new starter wirng harness for a 65-66 GS? this is the two wire harbess that has a plug on the end and connects the engine harness to the starter

That is a tough one to find. If you have the connectors and they are still in good shape, it is easy to re-make it with new wire--especially one like that with only two wires involved. If you have the original and the connectors are useable, I can help you with remaking it if you aren't set up to do that yourself.

Ted found it. :occasion14:
M&H makes it

I was going to suggest contacting Doug at www.buickfarm.com He may have some used ones.
The originals are fine-strand cable with fabric covering, a yellow and a purple wire for the relay, and all enclosed in an asphalt-impregnated fabric loom. You can get the loom from a couple of places, including performanceyears.com. and oldbuickparts.com
The cable? Maybe an antique-auto supplier.
It's a tight fit down there behind the exhaust manifold! That 90 degree end is important.
Here's a pic of an original. Note the holder that goes on the brake master cylinder mounting nut.
