All,
The 65GS Registry relaunch is ready!
Many improvements have been made and we've brought the Registry into the digital age... ;D
We have about 25 years of records on paper to now move over to the database and you can help us out by registering your car with the new form that can be found on the Registry page --> www.65GS.com/registry.html
As promised, you now have the ability to perform searches through the database on certain things like options etc.
Also while you are there, make sure to read the Steve Shuman story. Steve was the founder of the 65GS Registry years ago and it was an honor to build the tribute page. Special thanks to Sandy Shuman for writing such a wonderful letter and providing us with the pictures.
A big thanks to John Egle for writing the introduction and "grille badge ID" sections and to Anthony Gatta for contacting Sandy and providing input.
I have about 80 hours invested in writing the code and pulling this together for everyone, please take the five minutes needed to update your registration and help make the 65GS Registry a success!
Well.. what are you waiting for? ;D
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks for making the correction Chris.
Maybe that could be an option for others?
P.S. deleted my prior post.

Walt,
I'm actually one step ahead of you buddy and I'm adding a note on the Registration form to inform others of this option.
Good thinking!
Thanks,
Chris
-
Chris,
I got my car in. Can I go back and add photo attachments later?
What a great resource, my hats off to you for the effort in doing this!

Hey Mark... thanks
Just let me know when you are ready to add pictures and I can link them up for you.
I need to spend a little time with you, Loren, Dan Habel, Anthony Gatta & John Egel and go over all the registry things with you guys.
I'm availible when you guys are so just let me know when you're ready and we can knock this out one by one.
I think that you'll see that the way I've designed everything, tasks are now shared and everyone acts as a backup so that nothing falls fully just on one person anymore.
Have a safe and wonderful holiday,
Chris

Chris, I just updated my info, and was wondering if I can edit or change anything at a later time?
Thanks!!

Changing or adding things is not a problem.

Chris,
I like the registry form. Extremely easy to use, even for me.
Just added the "GS in a kit "to the registry. Maybe you can link the pics that Brian Stone put up in a post.
Nice to have the option to update and add. I will try to get pics of the tags , engine and chassis some time soon .
Many thanks for your great work,
Loren
