Dave ,

Nice car, love the color combo.
Since you live there has the top ever been up?

Jay

Love that car!
What a place be if you own a convertible!
You don't get to put the top down on one as often on the Washington coast.

Hi Dave,
Great looking car! I too like the color combo.
We'll be getting to check out your November weather this year.

Thanks guys.

I'm living on the Big Island right now.

It's a 64 Lark with the 300 4bl and aluminum head 250 hp, 355 Wildcat motor. Somebody installed a TH350 in it- it has a console shifter and had been through a body-off resto in the not so distant past.  I have absolutely no history at all on the car  :BangHead:.

Other than bolting up an Edelbrock 1406, converting to a CS 105 amp alternator & running an electric fan (got tired of that big metal fan vibrating at 4000+ rpm, and the engine loves me for taking that giant swinging hammer off!), I have not done much in the way of modifications to it. I am beginning to suspect that the engine may never have been apart- the gaskets hanging out look at least 40 yrs old to me... but oil pressure and compression are excellent. Still driving with 4 wheel drums for now.

And yes, the top is down most of the time  :headbang:  It is my daily driver, and I commute 50 miles every day in it- I absolutely love the car.
