Dear mid-60s Buick fans of chrome!
I decided to try Custom Metal Finishing Indiana (http://www.chromeplatingin.com/index.html) based on recommendations of other members of this board. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with and they did some really outstanding work. There are some before and after photos of their work on this this posting:

Their prices seemed reasonable for the detailed work they were doing. The only downside is that they are very popular, so be prepared to wait in line!

Dear mid-60s Buick fans of Custom Metal Finishing,
I just checked their website they have finally moved to their new location:
508 S Green Street
Cambridge City, IN 47327
They also have a temporary new phone number: 765-478-9990. However, they expect to have their old number moved soon. I would assume that they are extra busy with post moving issues, so they might be a bit slower to respond to any inquiries.
