Title: air filter replacement

They were around $30 They also had ones for the dual quads and I believe the Skylarks with 300’s

Post by: gngeorge on January 15, 2024, 05:58:35 PM: yes this is for a 65 skylark gs 401 carter afb 3921s... the cars inc website doesn't have a photo so I am hesitant to order one because some parts from cars inc I ordered in the past were wrong

I did some more research on this topic. I contacted WIX directly and can confirm 42092 is NOT discontinued. Rather, it is on backorder. No current ETA.

I recommend checking with your local NAPA retailer for air filter 2092. My local NAPA warehouse had a few, so I picked up 2 for myself just in case.

Post by: gngeorge on January 24, 2024, 04:12:34 PM: so I recieved 1 napagold 2092 air filter and it is good...so I ordered 3 more...2 hours later they emailed me and said the filter is on national back order by napa and refunded my money. the company is usafilterstore.com.there's a napa store in the bronx, maybe I'll check them out like dan said.

Post by: option B9 on January 25, 2024, 08:03:19 PM: I was on the phone with the NAPA stores in all Four counties on Long Island yesterday afternoon and no 2092s were found, so I will try again when April rolls around.

And I was told May. So looks like these are not discontinued. Fingers crossed.
