Ok, I'll bite.
Can you describe a little better what you are looking for? Any one of the body styles over another?
What difficulty level of "needing work?"

Let us know your name, location etc. as that will help in searching for that GS.

Mark

Rochester Michigan or Rochester Carbs???  Just kidding.

Welcome to a group with a wealth of knowledge.  With more specifics, I'm sure we can be of service.

Cheers!

Chuck

Guess I should have been more specific in what I am looking for.  I prefer a running hardtop or post car that needs paint, bodywork, interior etc.  I am located in central Pennsylvania.

Welcome!
I'm in eastern Pa, probably only a few hours from you.
A '65 GS popped up on the Central NJ Craigslist. Only $2500, but who know what it needs.....

I spoke with the owner of that car and it has a non-running replacement 401.  Lots of rust also.  The price is good, but I'm still looking for a complete running car.
Thanks for the heads up,,,let me know if you see any others.

Hello Everyone

I have 2 1965 GS number matching cars.. both are rust free and NUMBERS MATCHING.
Non air cars

# 1 car is red with a brand new motor in it.. isn't running yet but will be fairly soon.
Has red interior ,bucket seats, console shift...automatic. 2 door hard top.
It's far from perfect.. but wow...

#2 car is a RUST free 2 door thin pillar manual trans 3 speed.. needs just about everything. motor is at machine shop.
I have all the running gear, motor plates, trans clutch bell housing..exhaust manifolds.
This car is missing a few trim pieces. not many.. bucket seats are not original..
and of course all numbers matching..

Why am  I putting all this on here.. Well they are for sale. and I need your guys help selling them.. NOT GIVING THEM AWAY.
So help me put a price on them..

Thanks
Steve        Here is my email   prolumpy@aol.com please contact me thru this.. I am out of Oregon...

I have a 65 GS Hardtop w/auto and air. It's an original rust free numbers matching car with 69k orig. miles. I have the protecto-plate also. One respray in the 80's that has spider cracks. Headliner has a mouse hole from storage. I just finished making it reliable with new carb, dist, coil, plugs/wires, water pump and about to do fuel pump. New tires, also. It's nicer than just a project car, but I thought someone might be interested. Orig. chrome is beautiful. Even has the original exhaust system and brake lines! It's never been apart. Everything works, gauges, lights, heater, but a/c needs Freon to kick in. Haven't gotten to that yet. I'm in CT and would want @ $15k for it. Here are some pics. I could do a video of it running, too. When you open up that AFB, it throws you back in the seat! email  hosshd@yahoo.com
