I don,t understand , my wife likes the idea of having 2 65 Gran sports but doesn't like the new house plans !
:dontknow:

She must want you to make the garage a little bigger apparently....I can see the problem clearly

Dear John, Dan, and mid-60s Buick . . . garage builders!! :laughing7:

You missed last month's Buick Bugle (from the Buick Club of America.) I gasped at the photo with the caption: "this is the view from the 3rd garage looking into the 4th!!"
A friend of mine also was in need of some modest additional garage space . . . . I have no idea how it hoodwinked his local city planning commission but his 6 stall garage was completed not long ago.
In my house there is only a two stall garage and 3 cars. The two Buicks (the youngest being 15 years old) are the garage, the Chebby has to sleep outside!! :laughing7:

Apparently the garage Could be a LITTLE bigger, that's all I can see wrong.

YA
Like the plan but I think I would have trouble with the other half of the finance committee!

Nice concept, poor execution.... it's a long walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night!
There are buildings referred to as 'Barndominiums'..... a building combing a large work area/garage with living quarters.
These seem to be popular in Texas, here's one website with a video:

Here is another option if you and your friends can pull it together. Not my personal choice as I'd rather be able to walk out into my garage in order to grab my rides. However, with a little left over tax return dough, I might be persuaded into something like this.
There are some local guys down near me that are looking into pulling off something like this but doing the shops/garages in a Key West style. Lots of money though.

Dear Jonesy and mid-60s Buick types that covet thy neighbors . . . garage! :laughing7:

This sort of garage condo arrangement was also covered in the Buick Bugle article series on garage space of a month or two ago. If you are a serious collector, I suppose you need all sort of options . . . of course all you need to make it happen is . . . . (http://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/dollar.gif)
If you have this sort of money, you probably don't deserve it!

Interesting u-tube. Starting at $40K? Won't get much for that, I think.
I'm with Jonesy, I like to be able to walk out to mine.

Yes, it's best to have your cars at home for easy access.
