Wednesday Night Cruise-In at the Gilmore
« on: August 08, 2024, 09:57:01 AM »
I was excited to see a 65 GS at the Gilmore Car Museum Cruise-in last night. Not your daddy's GS though. Pretty nicely done but I like Kevin's Restomod better!

Thank Chuck for sharing the photos of that 1965 GS at the Gilmore Wednesday Night Cruise-In.

Agreed, this car hasn't been restored as desirable a manner as other GS Resto-Mods.  Nonetheless, at least the car has been given a lot of 'luv.  Better that than being crushed!

Great color, looks like a Galaxie console and it looks like it has overdrive, a huge plus.

Nice call on the console Jim.  It does fit in there nicely and actually matches the interior very well.

That looks like Gary Wards car. If so it is painted TPC Global Electric Blue, I had inquired about the color because I really like it and considering it for my convertible project.
