Getting access Blocked because of IP address?

Hi all,

Over the past  week or so, I am getting blocked from the site due to my IP address, I use a VPN so I switched locations but wondering if I am the only one?

Are your VPN IP's persistent, or do they change often, or each time you access?

Hi,

Not sure, I use Express VPN, the one ip is 136.144.19.134 Miami

I can't reply to messages without a block on a the setting that got me on believe Chicago was the location
