From Hagerty's: techniques to make a car cover more effective.

(1/1)

Dear mid-60s Buick caregivers with limited garage space,

There is an intriguing article from Hagerty's that confronts the objections normally associated with keeping a car outside under a car cover:

While a bit gabby, Norman Garrett makes an honest assessment of why he has cars under a car cover and how he combats the common problems associated with covers.  The one obvious downside to these techniques is that they are time consuming and require constant monitoring and repeated maintenance to make sure the car cover isn't doing harm to the car.  However, if you have the time and desire to invest the TLC, these techniques are definitely worth pursuing.

Cheers, Edouard
