Electronic switch pitch controller
(1/1)
Jim:
Hi ,anyone hear of a switch pitch controller by Bruce roe ?. Jim
Dr Frankenbuick:
He had been active on the V8 Buick site. A search over there should result in some form of contact. I understand the controller to put the transmission in high stall when the brake is applied, and then an adjustable timer sets when low stall engages after releasing the brake. It is mainly a drag racing tool that gets more from first gears before the shift.
TrunkMonkey:
Yes. I have one on my '68 Skylark.
It allows several parameters you can change/adjust for the two stall positions of the converter vanes.
I'll answer what I can, or you can track Bruce down and ask him. :)
