stumbled on a parts hoard
« on: April 06, 2021, 06:56:51 PM »
stopped by a friends today and in the middle of his shop was a giant pile of 65-66 parts. first thing that caught my eye was a Verde green dash pad in good condition. couple sets of 65 tail lights, couple 65 grills. lots of trim. a complete red 65 console with shifter and linkage. 65-66 GS motor mount adapter plates and 1 frame pad. turquois floor shift column and a turquois tilt 66 column shift column (both GS)  he's selling it all as he was already trying to liquidate and wasn't even trying to acquire this stuff.

Not too sure if the 66 tilt will fit my '64, put kinda interested to the point of needing to the $$$ end of it. I try to peek in here every day of so and will try to be a little more regular. Thanks, Bill in TR

It will fit but the 64 uses tear drop style handles on the levers! 65 used a groves style 66 also! The levers do screw right out so they can be changed fast! I will put myself second in line for the tilt!!

Thanks for bring this to our attention.
I am interested in the Dash Pad and I need the arm that bolts to the Wiper Motor. I will buy the motor and all if that is what it takes.. Also a set of tail lights, who knows they could be better that what I have. Please let me know what the price is and shipping cost. If its a days ride to get there, I would pick it up. Location? I am in Buffalo NY.

Bob GranSort Sedan is located in Oregon. Since he mentioned that this is his friend & he went there & actually saw the parts it would be an assumption that the location would be in Oregon also.
