It has been re-chromed & has a new shield on front side.  Ornament & base only.

what kind of glue would you use to put on a new foil? i have 2 new foils but the stickyness is not that good....excuse my choice of words, I went to public school

I don't know what sort of foil you have, but I had the original foils removed and repainted.  I then glued them back on using  3M Plastic Emblem and Trim Adhesive as described in this posting:

It might be what you want.

ok thankyou...I have repop foils that I bought years ago from ebay....sorry gobuick for interupting your thread. I was going to buy yours but realized I had a really nice spare with faded original foils.
