Four new shows for History Channel's "car week."

Dear mid-60s Buick owners who occasionally get seduced by "da' telle"

The History Channel has been making something of a fuss over their summertime event: "car week."  We have arrived at that week and they have 4 new shows to tempt us to one degree or another.  Tonight they have a show called "Hot rods and muscle cars:"

This show is probably the closest match to this community but it still casts a very wide net.  Tomorrow night they have a show on the evolution of the pickup truck called "Truck wars."

Wednesday they have a show on extreme speed called Speed Demons:

On Thursday they have a 50th anniversary tribute to the hot wheels toy cars:

If you find yourself cooped up inside the house because of the extreme heat outdoors, these shows might be a pleasant distraction.
