Dear mid-60s Buick owners who can't get enough classic car
pics, . . . . .
A neighboring town has a small car show as part of a community fair. In the past there was one Buick Rivera that was a regular, but this year not a single Buick in the show.

Still there were some nice examples of other GM vehicles of the 1960s. Here is a 1969 Chevelle SS 396:

Alas, it had a modern Chevy engine instead of the original. There was a venerable 1964 Corvair Spyder Coupe:

Here is the back:

Here is a 1957 Pontiac Custom Safari 2-door wagon:

Here is the order side:

Alas it had a modern engine:

Here is a 1965 GTO:

Here is a 1955 Chevy Pickup:

Here is a very well done pickup truck bed:

Finally here is the original engine:

Here is another 1969 Chevelle SS 396:

However, this one not only has the original engine, but the engine bay is beautiful:

Here is the front view of the engine bay:

Finally here is the passenger side view of the engine:

For spice here is a 1958 Nash Metropolitan:

In a similar vein as the Chevelle, there is a 1963 Impala SS with a very well done original engine bay:

Here is the passenger side of the car:

Here is one side of the engine bay:

The front of the engine bay:

Here is the passenger side of the engine:

Finally, I can provide a little more information about the Ford hot-rod that I photographed on
"da' classic car pick-me-up:"
As you can see the hood was open and the contents was quite
"assertive!"

Since I use
SmugMug to manage my online photos there is an online photo album with additional pictures:
