Just for the record, San Jose, Cal. is not a hot/dry place to live. Just saying. Yes, in the Summer months, you may see temps go over 100 but it is pretty rare.
I'm glad that you don't find the San Francisco South Bay that warm, but I'm only about 100 miles away from you in the East Bay and it is a lot warmer than I like it!
Way to much coastal influence.
You might be better off than me, but we aren't seeing nearly as much fog as we used to. During the summer and autumn, the winds are now much more from northeast bringing warm dry air. I thought San Jose was also suffering from that phenomena, but you are happy with the temperatures - more power to you!
