what time should we start this party?  Last year official start time was 1:00 but it was pretty quiet until about  2:30.   I will be there all day but does anyone have a suggestion on what works best?

Yard is full of ruts but plenty dry for parking.

please feel free to stop by my place. I know there are some out of state attendees for this event that will be staying in or near the Mendota Heights/Eagan area. I am located very close to interstate 35E and Hwy 110.

I had the yard plowed/smoothed out and it's dry.  So we should be good for parking.  I am going to rent some chairs and tables so an semi-accurate count would be helpful.     Anyone I am missing?   Anyone who should not be on the list?  Here is what i have:
