Skylark trim
« on: August 13, 2017, 08:26:25 AM »
A previous owner removed the Halo Trim from my Skylark and I'd like to replace it.

Anyone have a set?

Also...I could use some guidance on the fasteners/clips to attach.

Gary,

You might try sending a PM to Tony - tsollazo. He may have some extra pieces, and can help you with clips, expertise, etc.

Gary,

The trim snaps onto long metal strips. The strips are held in place with a special metal piece that slides onto the pins that are welded to the car.
There are also a few fasteners and screws used as well in certain areas.  It's been a long time since I removed a set, memory may be a little foggy.

I may have a set here, would have to look.  Big issue is shipping, pieces are long and curved.
