Great Member Visit

In recent travels to WI I was invited to stop at Arthur's for a visit. I enjoyed meeting Bob and his wife Cathy. Bob also showed me his 65 GS he bought new, very nice car. He was working on installing a mini starter and adjusting the clutch. Another example of the great people on this site. Thank you Bob and Cathy!

Wanted to be sure that everyone caught Jim's point that Bob is the original owner of his GS. How many original owner cars have you ever seen ? Really nice car Bob !

Saw one in Omaha a week ago.  Red with a red interior.
It has been through a few changes though.  Originally a factory 3 speed car, converted to a 4 speed and now has an automatic transmission. Still has the original owner though and is still a nice looking GS.

  They are out there, but you are right Dan.  Not too many original owner cars .

Well, the cars are 52 years old and if you were 19 when you bought one you would be 71 now.
