Price check aisle 7 please
« on: March 29, 2017, 11:29:17 AM »
While doing some spring house cleaning yesterday, I found these two heater control cables which I think are for a 64-65 Skylark/GS without AC. They either came from a 64 Skylark I parted many years ago, or with one of the 65 Gran Sports I bought.

They are complete, with no broken tabs and the cable move freely. Don't want to discard them as I've seen occasional requests for these in the past. So, what are they worth? I really don't know.

This IS NOT a parts for sale thread, just looking for value at this time. If there's a demand, I will post them in the Parts for Sale forum.

Thanks!

Thanks Jim. Pretty sure these are originals, whether that makes any difference or not.  :cheers2:

Good looking pieces there Tom.

Could be like having NOS parking light lenses. Now that there are replacements being made, the NOS seem a little less valuable. Guess I should have sold mine a few years ago. haha    :overthetop:

So I guess their value lies somewhere between $1.00 and whatever someone is willing to pay.  :BangHead:  :icon_biggrin:

I'll hang on to them nonetheless. I need to look at what else is hiding in my dusty basement abyss.  :cheers2:
