I called the folks at the hydraulic supply and he is going to see if he can locate the 5/16 IF F to 5/16 IF M 90* in brass.

If so, I will get a handful of them in case anyone else needs them.

Hope to have info this afternoon.

Hopefully there is such a fitting. Otherwise I?ll do Brian?s suggestion or modify a 1/4 NPT 5/16 IF elbow and solder in the radiator.

I?ll wait for you to find out if they have the fitting.

Thank you all for your input!

Finally got this resolved. Had to use a 1/4 NPT male elbow with a 5/16 IF and chased 1/4 pipe thread to 1/2-20 to fit the radiator. I took the radiator back to the radiator shop and had the solder around to insure it sealed up.

Appreciate all the input to get this installed.

Glad to hear you got it done.
The guy I spoke to never got back to me after a couple of followup calls.
