It was great to finally put a face with a name. I apologize for not bringing my 65GS instead I brought my 79 Century Turbo Coupe ( 1 of 61) for something different. It won a New Senior Gold! Looking forward to hanging out at future events.

There was another really cool thing I seen this week , weekend , and it was,t even a car .  It prompted me to bring a couple of mine next year and that was Will Ascher Marks son .   Thanks Mark for bringing one of your kids and thank you Will for coming along .
We need to remember , if we don,t get some of the younger generation interested in the preservation of old cars ( be it stock , street rods  customs  what ever ) a lot of these automotive functions will cease to exist in the future .
It,s a great family event .

Thanks Loren, A special thanks to Roxy for keeping me calm as possible while waiting for the judges. As we all know we spend hours getting the car as ready as possible for the judging. At least I did in this case and wanted it over with. Also thanks to Dan A. for his help with the correct tires and wheels.

Thanks Loren, A special thanks to Roxy, Loren for pushing me to go to the nationals and Roxy for changing there room so I could have a cool place to sleep. I did bring my truck camper but it was kinda hot a few nights. Need to thank both of them for allowing me to trailer up and back with them. Great time and was shocked when I received the award. Elite Archival Preservation award for my 87 Turbo -T. Good time, good friends and made a lot of new friends. Thanks all.

It was great meeting you in person Chuck.  Thanks for brining your red convertible--it is an amazing car with lots of great history behind it.  I remember seeing the magazines it was in that you have on your display sign back when they were new!
