Convertible top frame

Wondering if I can buy a whole new frame instead of taking mine off and powder coating it. Are these frames available as new kits? Haven't seen much in the web. Figured I would ask the experts.

Complete top frames are not yet available, just parts to restore 1 such as front header, bushings,latches, books, rams,motor etc.. that I know of!

I took my top frame off and disassembled it. There are a few parts that have rivets; and I don't think I can have these powder-coated while they are assembled. What is the best way to deal with this? Do you guys know if new rivets are available?
