Front Brake Rubber Line Number
« on: July 12, 2009, 12:10:30 PM »
Anyone have a number for the front rubber hoses? I have a Right Stuff Brake system in my 65 Lark and the front has the fancy Stainless Steel Hoses to the calipers and one is leaking. They have a clear rubber coating on them and this is now the second one that has some kind of crimping issue. I changed the brass washers 5 times and yesterday changed the caliper hoping it would help...It didn't. I get a drip of Dot 5 silicon fluid right on the head of the bolt.

So it will take a few days to get a replacement and would love to have a couple rubber lines in stock.

So what is the hose number? I have in my hood, napa, strauss and autozone.

Thanks.

Joe,

I'm not sure what numbers these are (Raybestos) but I have F51116 for both sides.
F45874 is the rear FYI.
