15520 is the old Dayco belt number for the PS. Has to be a cross reference out there.
That one should be obtainable from eBay. I don't have a length yet for the alt. belt.
I had an NOS one obtained back in parts collection phase ( wait - that was the entire project).
I'll dig up the sleeve and post the GM number for it.

FYI, I shifted gears a bit on the radiator cap.  I found this one at Ames Performance and have ordered it.  My painter is a Pontiac guy and highly recommends Ames.  Since the RC-15 cap should be common to the A-Body cars and the picture looks absolutely correct, I'm confident it will be a quality part and look good.  And a few bucks cheaper than the CARS alternative.  Here's a link to the part at Ames: https://secure.amesperf.com/qilan/Detail_Web?part_num=P155A&order_number_e=Mzc5NzI4MA%3D%3D%0A&web_access=Y
