Presently it is still installed, I need to pull the engine and tranny from the chassis.

Ok  Keith, will do.

Yes it is an original '65 GS combination with the correct "NK" transmission.  This was a running combination when parked a few years ago.
I will be keeping the engine and trans mounts for a project as well as the A/C parts.

Unfortunately, the weather turned cold  here again

We have been having a mild winter till last night. Finally got more then an inch of snow. It took 3 hours to get the driveway clear enough to get a vehicle through.

It will be a bit before I can get the chassis into the shop and start taking it apart.

I guess I got a little premature with the posts.

what shape is the frame in? I have noticed a couple of soft spots on my conv. May need replacement.

  The frame is in good to excellent condition.
At this time though, I still have plans for it.  If those change, I'll be posting it.
