Happy New Year all 65 fans!   We should petition the BPG
to have our year one of these times.  GSX this year,
first year of the GS next (or in 2011)!

Ted,

I'm so already there...

I was thinking 2015 which would be the 50th Anniversary for our cars.

I know this may seem like a long time away, but this would give us plenty of time to update the registry and provide a target for those guys currently in the middle of projects (any hope we'll see your car Mark?).   ;D

What are your thoughts guys?

Chris

Loren

Loren,

Here's the short list:

Misc plating - $100
Chrome plating - $???
Repro Steering Wheel - $250
Exhaust System - $700 (Gardner)
Fab Heater Hoses
Install all glass - need windshield/clean door window regulators
Install roofrail mouldings/buy weatherstrip
Assemble vent wings
Install gas tank (in progress)
Drip Mouldings - $100 (OPG?)
Restore driveshaft - $150
Install c-pillar mouldings
Install belt mouldings
Install wiring harnesses
install floor plugs
Waiting for grille fillers and radiator from body shop (paint)
Pull trans and fix leak
Replate (?) original rims
Original type tires
Battery

Interior - door panels, seat covers, headliner, carpet, etc.
Restore instrument panel components
Restore kick panels
Strip and repaint GS emblems

I'm sure there are a couple dozen more things to do I haven't listed.

Loren,

The car just hasn't been a priority. I was hoping to be much farther along by now.
We'll be getting back to it soon!

Brian has the AC stuff ready to ship to you.

I'll add my belated Seasons Greetings as well.

I could be in for 2015 at the BPG Nats, which gives me plenty of time to get motivated on my car. ;D
