This should help a lot....

I've found a really cool and easy picture resizer program for the PC.

I say it's cool for two reasons #1 - It does batch pictures (whole folders at once or just one picture at a time)  and #2 IT'S FREE!   ;D

Download it to your PC - Click on the fsSetup119.exe attachment at the bottom of this posting.

Run the install program (I'd personally chose not to install the toolbar that comes with it by unchecking the box when it asks).

When you run the program, all you do is browse or drag your pictures or folder over into the left hand window pane, select the Resize setting "Preset Size" 640x480 or 600x800 are both decent, select a folder you want the files saved to under the Destination folder and hit Start.... PRESTO!

Please resize your pictures as they take up less space and keeps my web hosting costs down.
