Not a 65 but still a GS - 66
« on: May 12, 2017, 12:03:44 PM »
Good Morning All - My name is Ken and I was been bitten by the GS bug back in High School - my Sophomore year after my brand new 66 Skylark (blue/white top and white interior - with buckets and center console) was totaled by a drunk driver.  Insurance was great and the ONLY skylark on Fisher Buicks llot happened to be a GS.  Time waits for no one and it went away, However in 2007 I found its twin and after several years and with the help John Egle a 65 GS'er it was elevated to a Senior Gold status at the Springfield Nationals.

Glad to be a part of this group because it needs a new home.  I believe some of the members here have actually seen the efforts of Johns help.

Regards

Ken

Welcome Ken! I too have had a 66 since high school. Post up a picture of your car if you can, we'd love to see it. Maybe I can see it in person as we will be in KC for the Power Tour in June.

Welcome Ken --

Yes, pictures please.  If it's got John's fingerprints on it, it's got to be something special!
