I do need a more correct steering column and wheel along with a gas pedal

Fusick makes accurate pedal reproductions.  You'll find more information on that in this thread:

Unfortunately, nobody reproduces the steering column or steering wheel parts..  You'll have to decide how much effort you want to put into making the part of the car original.

Are you keeping the floor shift?  I have a steering column for a column shifter and original used gas pedal with studs.  Let me know if any of that is of interest.  I also have a couple of steering wheels, but they are both have some cracks in them.  For a driver, one of them might not be too bad.
