Finally had the opportunity to meet up with Jim this past Friday while loading in Mankato. Although it was only for an hour, we had a nice visit. When he picked me up at my customer he asked something like "If you're hungry, we could go for lunch, or would you like to see the Buicks?"
Me (silently) "Shut up stomach, there's cars to see, and I'll throw something edible your way later."
Vocally "Of course I'd love to see your cars", as I knew he has some nice Mopars too.
Off we went to view his collection. I'm suitably impressed, especially with the small block E body converts.
Loved the 66's as well, particularly the 4 speed convertible!
Thank you Jim for taking the time to visit. Next time I'm down there and your schedule fits, we can do lunch.
