Can my front seat be rebuilt?

The mounting points are rusted-gone. Do they make seat parts that can replace these? Or, am I better off finding a complete new front seat.

Also, wondering if it would be worthwhile to try and find bucket seats. Are the bucket seats more desirable? Is it just a personal preference?

If you can find a 64-65 bench seat with good tracks they can be changed out!
