65 Bucket Seats

Does anyone know how you separate the back of the seat with out damaging the chrome acorn nut.

It is next to impossible to not destroy those caps.  It is better to destroy them, then to damage the trim piece trying to save a cheap part that can be replaced.

Agreed. They won't come off willingly. The re-pop acorn nuts are um... crap. Luckily the older gentlemen that recovered my seats had some vintage NOS style acorn nuts.  :hello2: Only thing now left to do is the headliner. Maybe it will sell before I pull the trigger on that one.
