Dual quad linkage post from 2012

Was reading thru the Dual quad section of this site and seen the linkage for the dual quads is or has been reproduced , are these still available ? 
If so I would be interested in purchaseing one .

John, I still have a few of the ones that I reproduced in 2007
These are the early style as seen in the post from 2009 on

What have you guys done for the primary linkage?  Anything special or just cut and mod a single 4 bbl rod?
The Wildcat 2x4 cars have this and The Riviera has it- do the Riv ones work on the Skylark GS?
