Wow, this is a big move! Both of these top notch companies are combining their resources to form a single stronger company.
The retail side is now exclusively handled by Ames, and a new wholesale/product R&D group is under the 'Max Performance Group' name.

The Performance Years forums will continue under the Ames name and (still0 under Chris's management.

Personally, I'm a little bummed. I live near Performance Years in Hatfield Pa, and it's been real convenient to swing by there to pick up some repo parts. I don't know if that will be possible now. The annual PY car show has also been one of the best in the area, sure hope it continues.
