Cutting apart a 65 GS chrome wheel
« on: May 30, 2014, 07:54:50 AM »
In my quest to come up with a complete, useable set of correct 65 GS chrome wheels, I have now cut a good center out of a bad rim.  Thought everyone might like to see a center that has been removed from a rim.   Next step is to find some 66-67 wheels that have good chrome on the rim and transplant this center into it.  Will be alot harder to remove the center from teh 66-67 wheels since they have a continuous weld on the inside.
