All signed up with confirmation Wednesday through Sunday but will not be bringing car.

Anyone else thinking about going to Portland Oregon?

I'll be going.  My dad too. We will be there on Saturday. We're not registered. Just going to go there to look around.

It would be great if we had a chance to cross paths and put more 65GS names to faces in Portland.

I was in Washington for the BCA Nationals a few years ago and was really impressed with the state and quality of cars that came.

It sounds like several California Chapters will be caravaning up so we may see cars we haven't seen before.

I'm sure looking forward to it.

A friend of mine, John Dyke, from Seal Beach, CA, told me he is driving his 64 Skylark 4 speed up for this meet.  It's a steel blue color, so if you see him, tell him Keith said hello!!

BTW, John is the president of SoCalGS, not sure why he's not a frequent visitor on this site.

A 64 Skylark with 4 speed would sure get my attention.

I've had several automatics but never a 4 speed.

Hopefully John will have a chance to bring it up.

It sounds like he shares our GS genes also.

Last time I talked to John, he said he was planning to drive it up, so definitely look him up.
