Any difference between these two radio supressors/voltage regulator capacitors?

Is there any difference between # 1961919 and 1964086 (besides the number stamped on the end)? These are the radio supressor/capacitor connected to the voltage regulator.

I know 1961919 is the correct number, but only 1964086 is reproduced.  Both says "5MF" on the end.
