I have heard that there are different manufacturers for center caps. I don't know if this is true or not, but does anyone have a recommendation for a good product for a replacement center wheel cap? I only have three originals and they have clouded up badly. Thanks :icon_scratch:

Rob,
I have purchased a few of the sets from Romanowski. All have been excellent reproductions.

The plastic centers used to be available through Cars.

Thanks Loren.
It's always good to hear from someone who has experience with a seller. I don't know why, but for some reason I am skeptical of the bigger sellers on some of the little parts. Might have something to do with the pile of parts that we have to send back to one of the bigger sellers because they are not even close to correct.
I just shot an email to Romanowski asking about the ordering process and appreciate your input.

I contacted Mitch in October about a set. Here is his reply:
The '66 GS caps are $175 for a set of four. Postage and insurance are included. I also have repro floor mats (4-piece set black with white trishield logo) and stainless lug nuts 7/16-20.
Mitch
CARS has a slightly better price on these, but will add $ for shipping.
It's possible Mitch is making these for all the other suppliers...?
